How much does Antifouling cost? And how long does it last?

It depends on a lot of factors.

What type of antifoul is already on the boat?

What type of condition is the antifoul on your boat in?

Does it need to be completely removed and re applied?

Where does the boat get hauled out?

These all all considerations we need before we can give you a price. 

Antifoul should last two years. But if its old and needs to be replaced it can be flaking off. Or if its being hauled and water blasted regularly then it won't perform as long.

How Much does propspeed cost and how long does it last?

Again its totally depends on what your application is.

Is it a sail drive or Stern leg? Are they high speed props?.

Or is it two big propellers with shaft struts and rudders.

The time in the preparation is part of the cost and propspeed being the by far market leaders in running gear application is the second half of the cost. And the application of the product, how its done makes a massive impact on how long it lasts.

The product itself is really only ment to last 1 year, although many stretch it out to 2 years. High speed props a notorious for loosing the coating after some months, But most last 1 - 2 years.

How much does A good cut and polish cost and how long will it last?

It all depends on size.

It also depends on how old a boat is and if its gel coat or a painted surface.

You can't endlessly cut any surface. Ive been polishing boats for over 27 years and ive seen gel coat wear out. It becomes harder and harder to get a shine. So ive learned to be a bit more gentle and rely on the products to help with the shine. 

Relying on the products for the shine does mean they become susceptible to damage though chemical abuse or over use, making to strong a soapy wash can remove wax. 

How much does stainless polishing cost and how long does it last.

Stainless steel polishing requires a clear understanding of the scope and proper techniques. ​

And how long will it last is totally relative to the environment it lives in and how often it is looked after. the last 10% can often cost the most and last the least amount of time. As in it won't take long for it to rust again.

How much does glass cleaning cost, what's involved and how long does it last?

It depends on the condition of the glass.

Glass restoration and window polishing is hard. The buildup on the surface of the glass is crystal, calcium, salt hermathide. Its hard and hard to remove. It takes time. The cost is in the descaling. Hard to price without looking at it.

How much does teak cleaning cost and how long does it last. Is it detrimental to the teak.

Again it depends on the size of the job and the condition its in. Remember the harder you scrub the quicker it needs to be replaced. And thats expensive. Really expensive.

We also like to use penetrating sealers over oils as it stays cleaner for longer. Oils can attract dirt and become dirty. Sealers cure and resist dirt and stains.

Normally its based on time. If its an easy clean and it doesn't require to much time then its and hourly rate, but if its a big job then we would negotiate a day rate and give you an expectation on what would be achieved.
