It was our pleasure to present this beautiful vessel for the broker pre sale. We took absolute care when presenting this boat to ensure that all surfaces were highly polished, that the gel coat was nourished with the highest quality carnauba waxes. And the new owner understood how to look after wax especially in high traffic areas. The neighbouring boat owners all commented how lush and beautiful we had made this boat.

We have looked after this boat with shared ownership for years. Experience has taught us how to maintain a boats Gel coat without wearing it out. This type of boat is made for getting out on the water with friends and family. Its purpose is to be used for sports, fishing and pleasure boating. Its really important the owners understand how to look after the gel coat, and the waxed surfaces. Its still a great looking vessel. A proud representation.

This fastidious owner, wanted to maintain their boat in top condition. After a few years of antifoul build up it became time to remove the old antifoul build up. The two ways to remove are scraping and garnet blasting. Blasting takes one day, reducing the time on the hardstand dramatically. We use the most trusted and respected garnet blaster in the business. On the second day out we were already into sanding the surface ready for the epoxy sealer and then new layers of antifoul. When the antifoul and propspeed were completed we gave the hull a cut and polish and the results speak for them selves.

This is the Marex 375, a beautiful boat with fabulous in door out door flow, We cleaned and brightened the teak and then sealed it with teak wonder penetrating sealer, we then went on to clean all surfaces inside, including heads, under bunks, port holes, galley, salon, windows, clears everything. We didn't miss anything and the owner was delighted. We also applied the nano tubes to the exterior windows. This application gives un paralelled vision in all types of weather and sea states.

No Job is to big or to small, In this image we have cleaned and brightened the teak after polishing the top of a small yacht. 

Propspeed is a foul release agent. It is not an antifoul. It performs well in high flow areas.like Prop-shafts, Struts Propellers and Rudders, including Trim Tabs as these areas are high flow areas. Intake strainers offer nice dark sheltered places for shell fish to grow, it is important these areas are antifouled.

Propspeed is a specialised application, there are techniques used to maximise performance and to achieve a tidy uniform application.

Polishing is not merely a matter of getting out the grinding paste and letting rip. If this approach was used on a some painted surfaces,  you might end up stripping years off the life off that paint. We are trained at knowing what type of paint or Gel coat is on your boat. We are trained at using the correct process and system to maximise the result, with out prematurely aging your boat.

At Auckland Marine Boat Valet we have learned techniques to remove the hardest window scale. Salt hermathide its harder than calcium & lime scale. We can clean the glass and apply Nano tubes. Nano tubes are not a film, They are a mechanical application of trillions of nano sized silica tubes impregnating the surface of the window. When the alcohol bleeds out, the tubes hold air molecules meaning there's no room for water. And that's where the performance comes in. Water beads off. It means in heavy sea states and rain you can navigate safely.
